Bollywood Director Karan Johar met with the Mumbai's police top cop on Tuesday after extremist organizations threatened the release of his movie 'Ae Dil Hai Mushkil', reports in the Indian media said.
The movie starring Pakistani heartthrob Fawad Khan has stirred controversy after extremist organizations like Shiv Sena, MNS threatened to vandalize multiplexes which will screen the movie.
MNS leader Amey Khopkar said that if any multiplex operator dares to screen the film they should remember that multiplexes are decorated with expensive glass sheets, India Today reported.
The movie is expected to release in over 2700 screens on Diwali despite a ban on it.
