Designed to encourage and promote local talent, the unveiling of a new online platform called MoUSICI took place at Arts Council Karachi on Saturday.
Unlike other music streaming platforms, this one aims to support the new and untapped talent through all stages starting from the creation to selling the content.
Introducing his new venture and the Mousici team to the media, Arshad Mehmood who is also the director for programmes and administration at the National Academy of Performing Arts (Napa), said the website offers multiple options by connecting new talent with experienced professionals.
A detailed presentation of the website was given during the press conference highlighted its various features catering to numerous aspects of music creation and distribution, including promotion, funding and finances.
