The Hello singer was forced to halt the performance when a 47-year-old fan suffered the heart condition and emergency services were called.
More than 95,000 fans made their way to the ANZ stadium and cleared a path to allow paramedics to get to the ill woman.
While the fan was taken to a local hospital in a serious condition and was confirmed to have suffered a cardiac arrest.
Adele seemed quite upset about what had happened.
One of the eyewitnesses said that she was sitting in the next row from the woman.
She said that Adele stopped the concert and said, 'I'm so sorry but someone got hurt and I have to check they're okay'.
One of the eyewitnesses said, "She actually seemed really tearful."
