Buzz around Amitabh Bachchan and wife Jaya starring in Shootjit Sircar's upcoming film has been circulating around B-town for a long time. But, finally, according to Indian media, it's confirmed that both the stars will share the screen together soon.

Both Amitabh and Jaya have liked the script and given their nod to Shootjit.

According to Indian media, "It's a love story revolving around Amitabh and Jaya. Shootjit is also looking to cast some new faces as the supporting cast. He always wanted to make a film with them. In fact, he had narrated a story to them around 3 – 4 years back, but that didn't excite them. Now he's finally got 'the script' which is absolutely perfect."

Amitabh and Jaya have worked together in films like Chupke Chupke, Abhimaan, Ek Nazar, Silsila and Kabhi Khushi Kabhi Gham among others. They were last seen together in R Balki's Kareena Kapoor Khan-Arjun Kapoor starer Ki and Ka in which they had a cameo together.
