Akshay Kumar experiences girl power first hand

Bollywood' fittest actor, Akshay Kumar, was pinned down by a woman in Delhi during a self-defence session.

The actor, who is currently promoting his upcoming feature Naam Shabana, visited the Gargi College University of Delhi for a promotional event.

A day before, he had shared on Facebook asking students to join him "for some kicks and self-defence tricks."

Later, he shared a video of the session in which a woman can be seen taking him down and captioned it, "Here's some #MondayMotivation courtesy team #NaamShabana! #GirlPower all the way". The woman had come to teach self-defence techniques to the university students.

The actor was also joined by his co-star Taapsee Pannu. The new movie, Naam Shabana, is based on a character which featured in another Akshay Kumar's movie, Baby.

Akshay will be reprising his role of Ajay Singh Rajput in the prequel, which is directed by Shivam Nair. The movie, which also features Anupam Kher, Manoj Bajpayee and Prithviraj Sukumaran, will release on March 31.
