The cadets from the British Royal Academy can be seen standing in a line, singing the anthem.

This may not come as a surprise to guess the instructor of the young cadets – Major Uqbah Hadeed Malik.
Major Uqbah had graduated alongside Prince Williams from British Royal Academy at Sandhurst in 2007. He is the first ever Pakistani officer to train the British armed forces at the Royal Military Academy Sandhurst.
