Boxer Amir Khan, who has been in the news for his parents' spat with wife Faryal Makdoom, has found himself embroiled in another controversy.
The boxer, who plans to open an 800-seat banquet in Bolton, has lost about £3million after property development crossed the budget, as reported by Daily Mail.
Even though the building is still under development, the 30-year-old revealed that he saw his accounts and noticed overspending of £2.8million. The estimated cost was £3.2million, but it reached £6million, he said.
Blaming his property adviser, Khan claimed that he was quoted wrong prices.
For the past week months, Khan has witnessed a lot of drama after his wife accused his parents of bullying.
Faryal gets reality show offer
Faryal Makhdoom revealed on Snap Chat that she has been approached to appear on reality show, Celebrity Big Brother and sought help from her followers.
"Hey guys I got asked to be on Celebrity Big Brother… it's a very tricky one and I don't know if I can do it. I want all my followers advise," she posted on her Snap Story and asked her fans to let their comments known on her Instagram post.
Rushing to her aid, most of her fans encouraged her to take up the offer. While some of them were critical of her appearance. It is has yet to be announced whether she will be joining the reality show or not.
