Fans fear for Brad Pitt’s health after recent picture emerges on the internet

If you have been drooling over Brad Pitt's striking looks, wait until you see this picture.

The 53-year-old actor, who always appeared fit and stately, looked almost unrecognizable when he stepped out in Los Angeles.

Pitt, who was not only looking thinner than usual was wearing loose blue skinny jeans with a white t-shirt and a black zip-up jacket.

His appearance came more than six months after his ex-wife Angelina Jolie filed for divorce from him after two years of marriage and a 12-year relationship.

A source close to the Brad Pitt told E! News that "things have calmed settled between Brad and Angelina" adding, "They both have agreed to put the kids first."

It seems that both actors have resumed their individual work and passions, while Pitt has reportedly been also focusing on his fitness.

Another source told People's magazine that Pitt has been working out "almost daily" and had "lost a few pounds, he's in very good shape."

It was also revealed that the Department of Children and Family Services in Los Angeles County was investigating Pitt for allegedly being involved in an incident with a child aboard a private plane. The case was later closed.

Rani Mukerji opens up about argument with hubby

It's quite normal when pictures of celebrity kids go viral on the internet.

People who adore their favourite celebrities also love to see pictures of their children. While some stars like to share pictures of their children with the world, some celebrities don't.

While Shahid Kapoor and Kareena Kapoor have been sharing the pictures of their kids on their social media accounts, there have been no pictures of Adira, daughter of Rani Mukerji and Aditya Chopra except the one shared by Rani Mukerji.

According to Indian media, Rani had an argument over this issue with her husband Aditya who probably doesn't like his daughter to be in the limelight.

As per Indian media, when Rani was asked about the extreme secrecy around her daughter, she said, "I don't mind Adira's pictures coming out, but I don't think her father is very comfortable with it. Adi and I are a unit and I have to respect his wishes. I am a public figure, I know Adira is going to be clicked and people would want to see how she looks and I don't have issues with it at all. I would love to choose a picture of Adira's and give it out for my fans and other people who want to see her. I am sure Adi will be ready in time. I think he feels it's too early now. I told him, 'You have to kind of accept that her picture will get clicked and printed some day because unfortunately you are married to an actor.'"

When asked about the incident when Adira's picture was shot by a paparazzi and Aditya lost his cool, Rani said, "I got saved because that picture was not clicked with me. Adi was taking Adira for a walk when it happened. I keep telling him, 'Thank God it was not me with Adira, otherwise, you would have killed me.' That was a big relief for me that the first picture that went was through Adi and not me. Everybody in my house was relieved the episode had not happened with them."

Seems like we are not going to get pictures of Adira in the future like we got of Taimur Ali Khan and Misha Kapoor.

Bridal Couture Week 2017: 14th showcase opens in Karachi

KARACHI: Pioneered seven years ago to promote bridal wear industry, the 14th edition opening last night with predominantly upcoming names emerges as an ideal platform for the new talent aspiring to make it big.

Consistently held twice a year since its inception in 2010, the three-day event catering to all things bridal including jewelry and accessories due to its ever increasing popularity has become the preferred and perhaps the number one choice for the budding designers aiming to showcase and promote their wares locally and internationally.

Featuring the likes of Amir Adnan and HSY as opening and closing acts, the line up for day 1 mostly dedicated to newcomers also included Yasmin Zaman, Rizwan Ahmed, Ayesha Farid, Naushad Imdad, Arsalan Iqbal and Hassan Riaz.

An integral force behind the creation and launch of BCW back in 2010, Vaneeza Ahmed, staging her come back from the last edition held in Lahore recently, is exhilarated about how it continues to exceed expectations with each passing show. Responsible for the choreography of the three-day showcase in Karachi, the former model is of the opinion that the platform in essence is for newer or less marketed designers looking for an opportunity to stand side by side with seasoned and established names of fashion.

Star power galore and a long list of celebrities walking the ramp through out the seven shows scheduled for the night, day 1 opening with Amir Adnan's collection for the wedding season, concludes with HSY's finale. Titled '1909' the latest line is an ode to the artisans of Pakistan and their craft, says Hassan Shehryar Yasin who has also been associated with the BCW since its inception.

Despite its lack in groundbreaking innovations or cutting edge statements, the Bridal Couture Week is not only the most eagerly awaited fashion weeks with substantial fan following but is also the most lucrative one in terms of its commercial success and generation of business. Featuring the bridal works of over twenty designers,  the 14th edition is scheduled to conclude on Sunday April 2nd.

Models, fashionistas ‘gleam and glow’ as Bridal Couture Week opens

KARACHI: The snazziest event of the year, Bridal Couture Week, opened its curtains Friday evening at one of most prestigious hotels here, in what everyone's hoped – and rightly so – to be a game-changing deal, considering how FPW failed to impress some.

The line-up for today – BCW day one – comprises Amir Adnan, Yasmin Zaman, Arsalan Iqbal, HSY, Rizwan Ahmed, Naushad Imdad, 'Impulse' by Ayesha Farid, and 'Gogi' by Hassan Riaz.

Amir Adnan

Though Amir Adnan and his wife Huma Adnan were absent from the event, their collection really made an impression, with extensive embroidery and traditional touch to the attires. Models such as Sadaf Kanwal presented their work.

Former supermodel Vaneeza Ahmed Ali, who looked stressed, but quite pleased with herself during last night's rehearsal, is choreographing the fashion extravaganza. She has been engaged in various fields of entertainment space, such as acting and directing, over the course of her career.

'Impulse' by Ayesha Farid

Bringing much more vividness to the runway, Farid complemented her clothes with blues, greens, and pinks. Hers included sherwanis as well, with intricately embroidered collars. Danish Taimoor and Sunita Marshall were among the models who presented her collection.

Naushad Imdad

To be honest, Imdad's dresses really took one's breath away. His collection included both Eastern and Western elements, such as leather jackets, checks and block prints, double-breasted suits with bowties, as well as huge turbans and brights shades that exuded a sense of culture.

Amassing a troop of industry veterans, supermodels, and newcomers, the three-day event offers a wide variety of collections from various fashion designers, ranging from minimalistic, light embroidery work to dresses completely inspired by traditions from Pakistan's interior areas.

Arsalan Iqbal

Primarily, this collection delved deeper into the traditional style. Shiny sherwanis, sash-turbans, and dhoti shalwars were the highlight of Iqbal's work.

Did Angelina Jolie agree to drug test for ‘Tomb Raider’?

Superstar Angelina Jolie is an absolutely credible face of Hollywood now. But, things were not the same in the past.

17 Celebrities Who Stayed Famous Long Past Their Prime

According to an excerpt which was published by 'The Hollywood Reporter' of a new biography of former Paramount Pictures CEO Sherry Lansing, the movie studio was worried while casting the then-relatively unknown young actress.

In the early 2000s, Angelina was dating Billy Bob Thornton (whom she later married) and carried his blood around her neck in a vial, and there were rumors that she was using drugs.

The book claims that when casting the then 24-year-old Jolie for "Lara Croft," Lansing had concerns about Jolie's stability after she received calls about the actress from her father Jon Voight and family friend Jane Fonda.

According to Then-Paramount production president, John Goldwyn said that the studio had Jolie undergo random drug tests. Director Simon West recounts that Jolie was eager for the part and to prove herself.

As per the director, Angelina said: 'Look, I want to do it, but I know what my reputation is, and I'll do anything you want to prove that I'm worthy. I'll be reliable, and I'll turn up, and I'll work hard,'" recalled West in the book. "She said, 'I don't care if the studio wants to drug test me every day."

Thus, the book claims that the drug tests were administered.
