Kareena Kapoor Khan in an interview with an Indian media outlet lashed out at social media for the controversy that popped up around her three-month-old son's Taimur Ali Khan's name.
The actress, who has always carried all the phases of her life in quite a confident, stylish manner, commented on how people want celebrities to share their private life online and then go on to judge them for what they do in their own time.
"How is my baby's name anyone's business? All this erupted when I wanted to enjoy every moment of being a mother," Times of India reported, citing the Jab We Met star's interview with Bombay Times.
Needless to say, Kareena is quite frustrated with how numerous people think they have a right to first label the name controversial and wrong and then suggest new names.
The publication mentioned her saying, "When we named our son Taimur, everyone in the country suddenly turned into a historian, philosopher, and scientist. Everyone seemed to know the meaning of the name, and the supposed history behind it. They even suggested alternate names for my baby."
The Bajrangi Bhaijaan artist explained that she and her husband wanted to stay away from the spotlight for a bit, "and savoured our time with Taimur. We cherish every moment we have with him."
Aww! Mini Nawab #TaimurAliKhan giggles away as mommy Kareena Kapoor gives him a kiss!
